Bungie; Take notice:
1) Name it Halo: Earth or Halo: First Strike (that way when u decide to make the fall of reach it isnt #3 or #1)
2) Have the option of just being able to quit a campaign without needing to save progress.
3) Have some kind of audio/visual options
4) Have customized soundtracks inmultiplayer
5) Give a little more detail about how the medals for campaign were won (kills, # of restarts, co-op or not, etc.)
6) Definitly have bots in multiplayer for those who dont or wont use Live
7) Be able to save coop progress
8) Have the option to use either type of warthog in multiplayer since the chain gun is back

Thats just my ideas on how to improve halo 2 from what halo was missing.

Ya, its a little late for that but you have good ideas. Anyways, I beleive that most (if not all) ofthat stuff is already done and put in the game.

Im Afraid It's A Little To Late For That.
Bungie Probably Is Working On "Touch Ups" For The Game To Succed In Completion But Hey Those Were Some Great Ideas Tho.

There is no need to put an upper-case letter on every word.

Anyway here are my thoughts:
1) No, Halo 2 is fine.
2) Good idea.
3) Good idea.
4) Iffy idea.
5) Good idea.
6) Having bots eliminates the need to get round to your friends for that cool LAN party. Bots may hinder peoples experience in multiplayer and take advantage of lazyness. Although I completely understand because I only know one friend who has Halo so its a bastard to play just 1v1 all the time...
7) Good idea.
8) Guaranteed (if its the same as PC versions vehicle selection)
