k, Mr MA5B. Yes, as stipulated, MBM needs to be configured toward the motherboard you use. But I think that will be a requisit for any program you attempt to use to monitor CPU temperature. Not sure, but I think it's needed if you're going to talk to your BIOS.
...if you know the model computer, you should be able to contact dell via email and request specifications regarding your PC, including the motherboard type they used for the install. Dell, like most PC builders, uses boards made by other companies as a mater of course. At least, they used to. If it's a dell made board, MBM may support it; you just need the specs. Either way, your next step in monitoring CPU temp is to contact the manufacturer of your PC.
