What I really want to know is how secure the damned thing is going to be. I had been told that it was impossible to hack Xbox Live because it's run on dedicated servers or something like that. But now Halo 2 is filled with hackers and modders and cheaters of all kinds. This especially concerns me for Xbox 360, because I'm heard that there would be online tournaments for money woth cash prizes in some games, and I want to know that they can make it secure enough for that kind of thing.

If someone is stupid enough to cheat in a Microsoft sanctioned tourney, you should just let them, cuz they will be banned immediately.

Just having the cheater banned would not be enough compensation if money is on the line.
