Subject: Can Halo 3 or ODST cause a console failure?

I'm asking this because lately my Halo 3 game would have 'disc unreadable" almost everytime it tries to load up another level of campaign, same with ODST everytime it switches to the mombassa streets. Multiplayer works fine with no problems and so do my other games but it's just single player that will give me that error and forge froze once on me.

I read that Halo 3 or ODST can cause a console to die, is that true?

Love my girl, 4/11/11.

Disc is probably scratched clean it gently.

Can I have a pursuit warthog? (red&blue flashing lights, siren, black and white paint job, gull-wing doors, no turret but a truckbed cap where the turret assembly should be, and the ability to arrest players :)

A police falcon would be great as well... (Black&white paint job, flashing red & blue lights on the wing struts and tail, no turrets and doors that open and close similar to the republic gunships in Star Wars. Kick... Ass.)

Police pelican would be cool too!!!

Clean the disc, don't use abrasives (trust me.), handle the disc by the edges. If FUBAR because of scratches, you're out of luck...

If thats the case ask your friend can you borrow his/hers ODST and install it to your harddrive and try your ODST after.

it might not be a scratched disc as people have suggested
could be a sign that your xbox is going to red ring

my brothers old xbox has this constantly and about 2weeks after it red ringed

off topic.:
how do you install things to your hardrive?
