How can I do it? What sort of equipment do I need? My computer is fairly new (1 year old). Can someone just tell me how I can connect my computer to my TV or record what is on the TV and then put it on my computer?

I want to put the raw video onto my computer, whether a direct feed, or by running it from the Xbox to another device, then from the device to my PC.

What is FRAPS?

So I need a whole seperate card than just a graphics card? OR am I so horribly lost that it is not worth the time?

EDIT: I am recording from an Xbox.
