Yes I was thinking that ILB would spread to other websites (or did someone discover something officially last night). metastasize = spread destructively; I thought that would be news about something but I was also thinking about the 'virus' spreading.

How could it spread to bbc?

Each group of websites share an identical phrase between them. For instance:

http://www.amyboyer.org/_reqdis/000000db.htm
http://www.televar.com/~gmorin/christmas.htm
http://www2b.abc.net.au/news/forum/newsonline3/archives/archi ve19/newposts/10/topic10763.shtm
http://www.flmnh.ufl.edu/fish/sharks/innews/sawfishlist2003.h tm
http://www.mail-archive.com/davidel@ewok.dev.mcafeelabs.com/m sg00080.html
http://www.grange85.co.uk/brian/discog/planes_r.html

That group all share the phrase "I'ts a sad thing" somewhere on them.

Out of 29 groups that I know of, I have only given the time to figure out 6 of them.
Not quite sure what it means, if anything, or if anyone else has figured it all out yet.
