For all of you that are continually insulting the nintendo revolution controller after less than a week, and probably a quick glance at third, maybe fourth-hand information... Grow out of your quick ignorant fanboyism for just a moment and realize that it's not what you think.
I for one have an open mind.
Nintendo has a history here of being innovators. Yeah, it's not like any of there ideas have panned out in the past (eg - the joystick, the underbelly trigger, or the rumble pack to name a few). Yeah, that nintendo always coming up with bad ideas...
First off, one of the major arguments is that it's too weird and you can't play regular games. WRONG. There has already been a port announced where you can implant it like a core into a regular looking controller - in which case you have an awesome controller just like the other systems, BUT with a gyro sensor.
Not to mention the possibilities with that nice little extra function. If you can't come up with something, you don't deserve to be reading this post. Point is, I think it will rock balls, and you should all stick a cork in your ass before you go ****ing out all this eronious criticism.
Direct your dissapoint where it's deserved, like the N-gage, or our foreign policy, and stop giving Nintendo a hard time for not conforming to the norm like you all so desperately wish. I'm sure 50% of the people on this forum at least would be a better developed than Miyamoto, and his lead techs, huh?
But hey, it's good to know there'll be a couple less people to fight off in the lines come release night. Enjoy your repetive gaming life, full of numerous ports, and lacking titles. I hope it's awesome just so you'll all feel bad.
:P
