Subject: New Xbox Arcade 4gb not seeing hard drive. Help!

So I purchased the new Xbox arcade 4gb recently and can play halo 3 but I am unable to watch any films and access recent games. It is saying that "An Xbox 360 Hard Drive is required in order to watch a film." I have a 4gb internal, but i don't understand why it isn't recognizing it.. I have even tried a 16gb usb and the same problem exists.. Any Solutions?

Thanks

Try calling Xbox Support, the number is probably on Xbox.com. It might not be a big enough hard drive to save Halo 3 files or something.

Be a part of The Intel Agency

H3ITWP is now The WorkPLace

It has a 4GB internal memory. Arcade units don't come with an HDD. It must be purchased separately.
