There's no debug menu, as far as I know. There's a timedemo (accessed by adding -timedemo to the end of Halo's shortcut) and a console for hosts of multiplayer games (the tilde button I think), but no debug menu.

-S

A debug menu lets the developers work on their project, usually if developers use a debug menu, they take it out when they're done with the game.

-timedemo is something you add to the target of your HaloPC shortcut to run a timedemo, which tests how well HaloPC runs on your machine.

Bring up the console and press tab to see the full list of available options you can work with.

How do you bring up the console, it is for -timedemo right? I just ran one and all it did was play some level intros, does the console tell you FPS and stuff?

The console is purely for hosts of multiplayer games - they can use it for server administration.

Something tells me that you're going to be able to use -devmode in the next version of Halo for Windows. ; )

The console is only used in multiplayer, therefore can't be used to affect thing in single-player. So no disabling of AI.

A -devmode usually activates a whole bunch of cheats and other assorted good stuff - in Max Payne 2, for instance, it allows you to detach the camera and move it around.

There are precisely NO cheats in Halo Xbox or Halo PC.
