yeah when i shoot somebody moving it doesnt hit them unless i aim a like a inch next to them im running a radeon 9550 and im wondering if this is just a glitch or somethin thanks for the replies

yes, it's a glitch due the the terrible netcode made by gearbox. it's simply due to lag.

I hate that "glitch," it takes me like a minute just to shoot someone with a sniper. By the time i lock on, my body has already hit the floor. IT'S MADNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's called leading your shot. But if you have to lead by an INCH on your PC screen, then you need a new server. Ping is a factor of leading and high ping forces a person to lead more. if you have low ping, you don't have to lead as much or hardly at all. Try to find servers where the Ping is less than 100; you should notice a marked emprovment in play.
