So, the F@G has been facing hard times lately. I, however, pose the question, Is it not their right to have their own Xbox Live experience? It's what they paid for. It's just having fun on Live. People have done this since Live started, yet they face no consequences. The F@G does all the necessary legal things to post their videos, so why are they being banned? It doesn't seem fair.

Greatest game ever.
Ranked Perfection

Ask yourself this, is it really worth fighting for?

Trolling/harrasment gets warned and banned here on b.net, why should they get some special consideration because they're doing it over live? Their actions result in consequences, and they knew that going in. Lastly, if nothing I've said up to this point helps then know that all good things must come to an end.

They're violating the CoC/ToS. Just go Google your questions and you'll find out rather quickly.

Well I'm not up totally to date on what's going on with them but they're getting what they deserve. Trashtalking is against the Xbox Live Code of Conduct or other forms of trashtalking or harassing. F@G has been harassing players with trashtalk.

I am an orange mist amongst a sea of blue, so my flames may stand out and represent all those who trully believe in this great sacriment of Bungie history, let my story be told as the only legendary still standing even after I fall Just as my comrades did so graciously to fight for the true loyal.
If you have legendary, would you stand by my side and go forth into a sea blue and demise as my brothers fighting for those who are trully loyal to Bungie?

who are you talking about?

I would see it that way, if there weren't millions of other people on Live that did the same thing. It's kind of wrong just to single them out. As far as the operations of the F@G, it is purely for entertainment purposes, not serious. This, of course, opposed to people that are completely serious.

True. If only Microsoft would actually crack down on it better.

As I said, the reasons for the crackdown are easily found via Google. Many people do it on Live, but not very many broadcast that to hundreds/thousands of people, ask them to harass Microsoft employees, spam people, etc.

I'll compare to football. Would you not agree trash talking is a part of the game? There is a limit to which you would get kicked out, however, you would not get kicked just for trash talking.
