Alright, that's it. Someone put a damn sticky on this topic. I've seen it twice a day for the past five days. I've worked really hard to control my temper with the repetitive questions, but this really pushes it.

Nah, takes the atmosphere of the game away. Personally, I love nothing better than sitting on the couch with my mates singing along to the main Halo tune... Putting queen on instead would be stupid.

Yes... queen. Ahaha.

Anyway, though i side with those who feel that the Halo music should be kept intact, i also feel that custom soundtracks should be available for multiplayer, perhaps decided by gametype and/or map... Ride Of The Valkyries, and Rage Against The Machine's rendition of The Imperial March are favourites for a particularly epic multiplayer battle, and are usually left looping on a CD player in the background, or on a spare X-box should one be available.

Alternatively, more rational people like the Baron could remain un-sedated while we launch a genocidal campaign against the n00b army that has besieged The Underground.

For not being so 'n00b' as you call it, you sure sound like one, especially one who didn't read the FAQs and RULES of the forum which entail that you DO NOT use that annoying term ;).

With the exception of the fact that it has chronologically been a very short while since I joined this forum, I do not feel i am a n00b in the slightest. I seem rather more coherent than many of the patrons here.

*sigh*
I wish that argument would roll over and die. I've got nothing against the "plague" of "noobs" and those wretched foreigners who can't write in proper english, especially them americans - their spelling is just horrific. But I don't write properly and don't blame them.
Talking of music in the background, I think "let the bodies hit the floor" is the best thing to have in the background, it somehow manages to time itself with bodies, surprisingly, hitting the floor. Priceless.
