I have some questions:

1) When the Master Chief was fighting Guilty Spark, Johnson was dying because he was blasted by Guilty Spark. We see Guilty Spark blast the Arbiter too. But he lives. So if Guilty Spark's blast didn't kill the Arbiter, where is he the whole time the Master Chief is fighting Guilty Spark?

2) I can see that the Master Chief survives Guilty Spark blasting him because of his MJOLNIR armor, but how was the Arbiter able to survive getting blasted?

3) Apparently March 3, 2553 is the official date for the end of the war. But I was under the impression that was only the date for when the Monument was built. I think the war the Covenant started with the humans ended when the Prophet of Truth was killed, since he was the last instigator of the war to die, after Mercy's and Regret's deaths. I know that even right after Truth's death, the Flood is still a threat, but the war is officially between the Covenant and humanity. This is why I think the war ended with Truth's death. Can any official source more or less confirm this?

Rarity FTW

1. Arbiter got knocked out the door and it closed before he got back to the platform
2. Arbiter has armor, just like MC
3. I think the Halo Encyclopedia has an official date. It's a $50 book though.

When did that happen? I just saw him get blasted, but I didn't the door shutting him out.

I believe there is a sound effect of the door shutting. Of course, I haven't played campaign in a while so I could be wrong.

Well, a lot of different happen where you're playing co-operative mode. The Arbiter is with you but it's useless to have him on your side, for his mysterious disappearance there's only one reasonable explanation. Bungie decided to remove the Arbiter so he wouldn't be bothering you during the battle against Spark.

Also the Arbiter doesn't dies cause he's using an armor with shields and Johnson has no shields so he received higher damage.

And for the third. I'm not completely sure but I think it's shown on the cinematic before the credits when they're in the monument. April 29 or 20 something...

I see. Hm, I would've expected him to be more helpful.

No big deal though.

Well now. Johnson died because he has no armor but a marine suit.

The arbiter has armor.

(This is some crazy rumor) The profit died but the covenant decided to lead the flood against the Master Chief.

Either that or the covenant vs human war ended once they figured out that the flood+human army+the ring=death.
