If you come across any modders while still playing Halo 3. Even after Reach is out. This is where you can type there Gamertags to let others know about them and who to avoid before running anything. Even at 50 high you will still find these Bad Kids.

For the tags that I have found modding the videos will be on my fileshare. I may end up posting them on Youtube

Isn't this blacklisting?And isn't that a bannable offense?

If ur going to start outing people only do so with an account not linked to your GT.

Your risking getting a ban and (if the mood fits) getting a hit on ur GT, which is something you may not want with reach around the corner.

Just the way it is - right, wrong or otherwise :(

No one has to fear host boosters or standbys. Seeing as its a federal offense. Just have to get ISP and they will backtrack what happened and the one that done so will get fined up to $5000/Jail time or more. Besides I think Bungie should know whats going on cause it doesn't seem like Microsoft will do much without Bungie telling them so.

A terrible player on Halo 3 is still a terrible player on Reach.

Lets go all, the way tonight. No regrets, just love. We can dance, until we die. You and I, we'll be young forever.

Im 90% sure there was a thread that had 100+ cheaters on it w/ links to every game and a mod banned the person who made the thread.

I'm 100% sure that there is a group exactly like that, a group that Bungie is completely aware of, that has been ignored completely.

its a 17+ game. on the back of the game box it says "game experience may change online" and at the age of 12 i know most boys are NOT going to say "eww, cooties" at pics on some fileshares.

Posting gamertags in relation to modding or cheating, while helpful (probably) is a bannable offense here on Bnet.

How can letting other gamers know to look out for these people be a banable offense. Its way more helpful then offensive i think. If you come across a modder that gets snipes with a BR,and flies across the map in 1 jump, wouldn't you want to get his J-tagged Xbox banned

Good luck with that ;)
#1 - ddos requires the interuption os a service provision ... what service do YOU provide. Your inability to send/recv may be covered by fcc but ... mmmm, nope.

#2 - again if ddos, anyone with half a brain will use a bot running on a host other thn their own. Pick from any number of publish open edu servers to act as a host for your ddos. Even if they do use their own gear, good luck on proving it was intentional and not a virus they new nothing about.

#3 standby or network manipulation is NOT an federal offence ... at best against the xbl terms of use.

#4 And then you have this guy. Stated as "causing a $1million in damage" (maybe a little less than your claim?) ... have the feds got him in the last 10 years ...
