Have you tried rebooting your modem, router and/or xbox, to see if it helps fix the problem?
Have you checked that all ethernet cables are in good working condition?
Have you phoned your ISP and complained about the constant connection drops?
Your ISP can check/test your connection and possibly fix the problem.
Are there other people in the house using the internet at the same time?
