Does anyone else think that the helmet cam cutscene was just plain epic?

Posted by: Gandalf: I'm new. And a wizard.

Sapphire just got even more awesome.

Posted by: mount420: You are late.
Posted by: jaythenerdkid: A wizard is never late.
Posted by: THORSGOD: Nor is he ever early. He arrives precisely when he means to.

You're about 10 or so years late, but, yes. =)

So epic, I didn't even realize it at the time. That whole thing...up to Johnson yelling, "Don't even think about it, Marine"... This was a moment.

"Getting beat with a wet noodle and chained to a computer desk in bungies mop closet."
On that day all my aspirations will be fulfilled

One of my favorite halo moments its a long cutscene but one of my favorites by far and hey i like long cutscenes. When masterchief opens the door and has to catch the dead marines body /sob :(

Probably my favorite cutscene in any Halo game.

Yes I thought every one died at first.

That was one of my favourite cutscenes of any game.

But, playing through it today I noticed the marine that falls into your arms as you open the door, blinks as he is lying on the ground :O

I see dead people?

But yeah, that was and still is my favorite cutscene in the game.

It was awesome, because you spend the time getting to the recording wondering what the hell happened to the facility, why there are all of these dead bodies, and of course what happened to the famous crazy dude. The recording answered all of these questions, while being very creepy. It was a great way to introduce the flood.

RIP Halo 2: November 9, 2004-May 10, 2010
I was the 2nd to last person to get kicked off Halo 2, see the thread Here

This is actually one of my favorite parts of the game, I loved this cut-scene.

The SNARFINATOR!

>_< . . . really, why r u looking at me

Awesome cut scene, it was funny how rewinding the footage sounded like rewinding a cassette tape.
Mendoza, "Why do we have to listen to this old stuff sarge?", Johnson, " Watch you mouth son this stuff is your history . . .". Mendoza, "If the covenant want to wipe out this part of my history its fine by me".

awesomeness will ensue

An assassin will always carry on, even after death.

"Friend of yours?"
"No, we just met."

Johnson's comments on the "Badass Elite Units" were pretty epic, too.
