For the past two days i have been trying to get the marathon man achievement. Today i started on the ark on easy difficulty ran threw the entire mission got all three terminals in chronological order, finished the mission and continued onto the covenant. There once again i ran threw the mission and got all three terminals in chronological order. but since there is no terminal needed on cortana i saved and quit. Then i started up halo and went and got the last terminal but once again did not receive the achievement for it. is there anybody who can explain why this is not working and what i can do to get it correctly?

Every terminal gets corrupted and you have to wait for it on all of them? If so does it matter whether or not you do them in order than?

1) Set your difficulty to at least Normal (I recommend Normal.)
2) Start at the beginning of the Ark.
3) Activate the first terminal. Scroll through every screen. After a while, the screen will start to go crazy. Wait for it to finish, scroll through the new screens, and leave the terminal.
4) Rinse and repeat for the other 2 terminals on the Ark and the 3 on the Covenant. to be safe, don't quit out in between.
5) Load up Halo, get the last terminal, and be done with it. If you want to be REALLY safe, play through Cortana so it's a single campaign run, but that's almost definitely not necessary.
