I did ONI: Sword Base today! In 18:29*!!!
:D
Stats, film.
Did the first fight in just over 4 minutes which I was quite pleased with. Yoinked the Ghost that spawns on the path to Air View base, then tried to Target Locate the General there. Didn't really go according to plan since it just shoved him towards me. Picked off the grunts, splattered one Ultra, had a VERY close call with the second ultra but managed to hop back in my Ghost and splatter him to. Landed sweet knifey justice on the General and booked it out of there.
I had intended to kill the General with the target locator, kill the grunts with the DMR, and then have the Ultras run towards me and then splatter or just rush around them to the back entrance. Ah well.
I found a pretty safe path round the outskirts of the connecting route between Air-View and Farragut. Just blasted straight past them.
At Farragut I just hit the switches then boosted down the path back towards Sword Base, deloaded the enemies, and came back to claim my Guass Hog. Took the scenic route from there back to Sword Base and just bypassed the Revs and Wraiths (who I didn't kill lol).
Got a target locator killpocalypse on the ramp back towards coutyard then grenaded the 'hog over the barrier, and used it on the Hunters.
Took a while at the top of the elevator but eventually managed to PP his shields off and then headshot him. I really hate that that scanner thingy stops you from hitting the Grunts more easily :/
Did a Concussion Rifle Jump up the inside of Sword Base :)
Meant to have a second one to get to the 3rd level quicker but I took a bit of extra damage from the enemies during the first one that I thought I better not risk it.
Its not perfect, but it's nicely in line with my target of sub-20 so I'm pretty happy with it.
*That'll be the time that'll go on HSH. The film time is 19:06 since I waited for Jorge to say 'Beautiful, ain't it?' in the final cutscene :)

Exodus in 33:15.
Sweetsauce. I'll have to have a look at that for when I come to Exodus.
As for completion times, I have the following predictions:
PoA: 35-45 minutes
I had a go at PoA today as well, and unfortunately I died just outside the room with the Zealots in. The dual-weilder rushed straight out the door at me when he got mad that I was tricking him with the holograms! The film time up to there was only 25 something, and that was with the Engineer and the grunts dead already. So, I'm gonna be aiming for sub-35, and sub-30 is not out of the question if I'm lucky.
As a side note: can I restate that I believe going for the Mac gun without killing all off the Zealots is basically insane. I saved and quit and tried to finish off the last room with only killing 1 dual-weilder and the Feild Marshall and died before getting off the second shot. I took fire from the remaining Zealots as I was running to and climbing in the Mass Driver so just a couple of shots from the Phantoms decked me.
Honestly, after spending 40 minutes, an hour, whatever on this level, an additional couple of minutes to finish off the Zealots and guarantee 100% shields and a few distracted shots with a hologram is so worth it.
IMHO.
Edit: My current total time is 5 hours, 14 minutes 7 seconds. I hope to bring that down to < 3 hours 45 minutes by the time I'm finished with Long Night (maybe lose 20 minutes from that?), Exodus (lose half an hour), the Package (10 minutes maybe?) and PoA: (50 minutes).
