Hello, Community!
Hopefully if you're reading this, it's because you're interesting in kicking your campaign experience up a notch by cranking up the Legendary with all skulls activated :-) Need advice? A guide? Maybe even a friendly community to cheer you on and help guide you through the process? Then give our Mythic thread a read, and Godspeed on your Mythic journey!
Best Regards,

Just saying it now, but Assault on the Control Room will be Anniversary's Nightfall.

I honestly can't believe one super simple skip despawns EVERY enemy in the level.
It's harder than it looks.
That skip is pretty crazy, I just finished a replay of every halo game on legendary and after replaying AotCR the long way (which probably took 2 hours), that skip will be much welcomed in future play throughs. I could very easily see 343 removing it in some way or at least making it so the enemies don't despawn.
Slightly offtopic but in regards to my campaign replay experience I would like to say that I now officially rank the campaigns in terms of difficulty on legendary as follows:
Halo 2 > Halo 1 > Halo Reach > Halo 3 > Halo ODST. The jackal snipers on Halo 2 made me rage so hard. I always thought that when playing Halo 3 I had just gotten better so the game was easier, little did I know that I hadn't gotten better...
This replay has given me a sense of hope though, I have not completed Halo 3 or ODST on mythic but now that I went back and played them again I realize it may not be too bad, at least compared to Halo 2 (with the exception of coastal highway on ODST, I swear Buck can't shoot anything, and Dare/the engineer are clinically retarded, missions where you have to rely on the AI are so fustrating).
I also didn't realize the mythic community was so young, some of you guys were like 7 when CE came out. Ridic
lol. I was 17 and am very much looking forward to reliving the experience in a few months :-)
