After several phone calls, going through all the troubleshooting of installing on HDD, clearing cache, trying evry game mode, removing HDD, playing offline, online, trying it on another 360 and finally swapping discs. After these hoops have been jumped through(maybe i'll get an achievement & skull like in Halo3!) this is what resolution is given by Xbox Support.
...So fair enough there is a problem and you are working on it. But do i WANT to play anyother game? NO. I want to play Reach. I paid £100 for a game that gives me DRE EVERY single time i play and loses my campaign data. The fun is being sucked out of playing the game and to be honest Bungie I AM tempted to play another game. For now it'll be to get my last few G's in ODST & Halo Wars but once that's done if Reach isn't fixed by then i'm giving up on the franchise. I think i speak for everyone by saying that we are frustrated and dissapointed by this. Bungie don't let this be a messy break up, i'm willing to work hard at this relationship if we can fix our problems, hey i won't scam credit (I havent for the record, go on check!) only if you work on DRE and we can enjoy a happy healthy long term relationship.
