Something smells fishy...

*Spoiler alert*

He doesn't manage to do anything with his Xbox 360 parts, and the hex core processor doesn't work with his outdated motherboard.

Also, Harry Potter dies but gets brought back to life, Decoy Octupus has been dead since before the fight with Ocelot, Darth Vader is Luke's father, and Halo is a device that wipes out all life in the galaxy.

Dude! I told you not to spoil it for me!

Verbal is Keyser Soze, Atlas is actually Frank Fontaine, Ozymandias was responsible for a conspiracy to create world peace, while NERV has always been planning to begin 3rd impact, the game froze up and he was offered an arsenal to defeat the final boss but he forgot to bring his girlfriend back to life.

And (this is the best one mind you) the protagonist defeats the antagonist.

Halo: Reach for PC will not happen because of the following reasons:

1. Halo 2 Vista was the pain in the ass. Who in the mighty mind would make it where a game were Vista exclusive? There is no co-op because Microsoft didn't code it right and didn't do a goddamn thing when there was a problem with hackers.

2. Halo 2 Vista failed. It had low ratings, low players, and it lacked of a perfect developer's console.

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

Way to be considerate. I was gonna watch that, you know.

Ain't I just a stinker.

Also: Fan-made Alternate ending: He realizes that He cannot use any of the Xbox components due to the fact the architecture isn't even compatible with his Motherboard, so he gives up and considers a project much more plausible.

LOL Linux, get real. Maybe if you said MAC since Bungie has a history with MAC but no I don't think that any Bungie will be ported to Linux/GNU. That is funny though.

BAM! Said the lady ;3

Whoever said it should be ported to linux should shoot themselves. Honestly? Linux? No PC gamer in their right mind would play games on linux. It doesn't even HAVE any games.

I can see it now; "But... but... WINE!"

No, even the developers on Wine themselves have stated that running games on Wine will generally be slower than running on Windows using the same hardware. If you're serious about PC gaming, you're on Windows.

There's no reason to release games for Linux anymore; it's wasted manpower that could be better used elsewhere. Like, oh I dunno, making sure the port doesn't suck as much as H2V did?

Of course, I just have a lot of respect for Linux in general (Android anyone?) Gaming is it's weak point though, but the few developers that do develop for Linux do so for their on enjoyment and fans, not for money. And I respect that.

Yeah, in terms of gaming Linux isn't that great.

I agree. We need a new Halo for PC. Halo Reach for PC will be the best idea, but I'd be completely satisfied even if Halo 3 came out for PC.

I'd just like to interject for a moment. What you're referring to as Linux, is in fact, GNU/Linux, or as I've recently taken to calling it, GNU plus Linux. Linux is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning GNU system made useful by the GNU corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by POSIX.

Many computer users run a modified version of the GNU system every day, without realizing it. Through a peculiar turn of events, the version of GNU which is widely used today is often called "Linux", and many of its users are not aware that it is basically the GNU system, developed by the GNU Project.

There really is a Linux, and these people are using it, but it is just a part of the system they use. Linux is the kernel: the program in the system that allocates the machine's resources to the other programs that you run. The kernel is an essential part of an operating system, but useless by itself; it can only function in the context of a complete operating system. Linux is normally used in combination with the GNU operating system: the whole system is basically GNU with Linux added, or GNU/Linux. All the so-called "Linux" distributions are really distributions of GNU/Linux.

the problem is that people who use linux usually are not big on gaming, if we got people really interested in making games for linux, it could work.

i meant it would physically work, not that it's possible to get an entire OS to start focusing on games more.
