System requirements being Kinect,There is no way in hell Microsoft would release Halo 4 with it requiring Kinect. All joking aside, they're not seriously that idiotic.
like with Reach you needed a HD to play Co-Op because you needed to install the ~7GB game to your HD without that space you could not play the game in Co-Op the files couldn't read fast enough. You don't even need to have a separate hard drive to play Reach's cooperative mode anymore. Also, you didn't have to install the game its self, you just had to have one.
However, he is partially right about saying system requirements could point to the hard drive. It's not about anything he associated it with, though. It could simply be that you need a hard drive for Spartan Ops which won't be on the disc but is still consider a part of base game its self.
We already saw SmartGlass at E3 and I'm thinking it might have some functionality like what was rumored before. Instead of the PC emulating it you'll just stream it to your PC.... If that is the case though, I'm wondering why they didn't say anything about that specifically at the press conference.
I highly doubt it will be on PC. They wouldn't release it on PC without releasing Halo 3 first. MS know how much that would hurt their (already very poor) image. As Bt said before, he's completely wrong on this one seeing as though they did it in the past. I don't even see how the hell someone would come to the conclusion that this would "hurt their image" either.
