I wish their was a depends option...I suppose I use plasma more but that's only because theirs so many of them around me.
Frags are perfect for taking out grunts, jackels, and flood, but their not as easy to find so I tend to use them only at the perfect moment.

frags. shorter timer, and still pack a punch. i use plasmas on vehicles only, pretty much.

Well ya in Multiplayer I use frags all the time.
Plasma ones are pretty good for taking out a warthog thats passing by and is too close for a frag tho.

You can throw plasma farther though, and its just funny to watch and elite scream and run around waiting to explode.

Frags are my favorite. I use Plasma nades quite often in Campaign, but in Multiplayer, the frag rules all.

i prefer the frag with my tougher friends, because of its short fuse, but when being sneaky, or when im up against my weaker, new to halo friends, i use the sticky. Its just hilarious, my friends and i are really expressive when it comes to surprise, and when preforming the hug of death

I'd have to go with the plasma, I've won matches by using only a needler and plasmas. Plus, they stick to people.

frags are less noticeable
you toss a 'nade in a base, and they're like "was that a grenade?" then...KABOOM!!!

Exactly why I like them best on campaign: shorter fuze, bigger punch, ability to bounce it around corners, and no glowing blob to give it away.

I guess I do use plasma more often, because they are more plentiful; and more useful in some situations. Oh, and I *DO* love to hear the elites howl when they have been stuck. It is close; but if I had to choose just one, I think it would be the frag.

EDIT: All that was for campaign. For the wiley humans on MP it would have to be plasma, with the main tactic being to stick an unsuspecting opponent.

NOw im pretty sure everyone loves frag because its strong and it blows up in 2 seconds but i have proven plasma is stronger if you turn on 400 health and shields a frag takes down half ur shield but a plasma take all of ur shield down.

I prefer frag grenades cuz 1 it's harder to see them in multiplayer, and 2 they have shorter fuses thus allowing a shorter dodge time
