Yes try Target first, then if that doesn't work call Microsoft they can send you a replacement.

Your chances of target helping you are probably slim because you already opened the box. Most retail stores have stupid policies like that.

well it depends.how long have you had the disk?if its like 2 days how the heck would you crack it? so my suggestion is to return it if you can.if not,sue
