When did you all start this? I am a Marine of 8 years I have the time now to play some Halo and have played the Halo trilogy since it first started. Halo 2 was the game that was for my therapy after suffering from some heavy PTSD from my NDEs in Iraq, and safe to say that Halo is a good way to counter suicidal tendecies, though I don't have them because I'm busy killing Elites. Now that I have the actual time to dedicate myself to Halo and try something different, (I don't care about capping my level because I don't have the time to play TS all day with little kids) you guys restrict my play the way I do it. I like getting all the points for myself, and I don't care about how good someone else is. I just bought Halo Reach to level up and move on. You guys make me laugh with this stupid capping. I can't believe I put all this money on Bungie. Unlike the Marine Corps, I feel like you guys just took a big dump on all of your fans. You guys are seriously asking to be flushed. There shouldn't be any limit on how someone could play this game. Roger that?
You know the COD games allowed players to play without a limit or cap, it's almost like you guys rather me play a different game and forget about the only game that I enjoyed playing up to this point. "What the foxtrot, Bungie? Over!"
Even though I haven't had this issue, and I never plan on it due to time constraints. I can easily see how someone with an inordinate amount of time on their hands, and Halo: Reach in their Xbox, would be quite irritated by this soft "halt" to your online progress daily.
A game of Halo: Reach doesn't take any longer than a game of Halo 3 (About 10-15 mins. for TS). If the cR cap is around 60K like previously postulated, and the average credits earned per game is between 600 and 1000 then it would take, on average, 16.5 hours to reach the cR cap daily. If you play high output gametypes, do daily challenges, and complete commendations then you could easily reach this cap in less than half that time. Bungie the least you could do is give us an idea of how high this cR cap is, or even better would be to raise the cap slightly to accomodate some of the people who are affected by it.
