The II's (Master Chiefs generation of Spartan) are obviously stronger but based on the games solely the III's seem to have way more tech and even armor permutations.

Boomer.
Best. Ship. Ever!

Only Noble team was given the mark armour to my knowledge. Every other Spartan III got that SPI armour, I think that's what it's called, which was very inferior when compared to the standard Spartan II armour. Spartan IIIs, while trained under harder conditions, didn't have the best mind set.

So yeah Spartan II.

Spartan-III if we're talking about Noble Six and Spartans such as him.

Play, Fight, Win!... Okay and sometimes lose! :D

Correction. The first gen and some of the second generation of spartan IIIs were given mark armor but that was considered to expensive by the higher ups so oni proposed using their spi amror prototype as active testing because the spartan III were suicide soldiers.

Noble team was the exception. If you're saying Noble Team vs Spartan-IIs, even though they wear the same armor, S-IIs come out on top simply because they are much stronger, more agile, and have faster reaction times compared to the S-IIIs.

Ex: Look at how big Jorge is compared to Noble 6.

What's your source? Onyx states otherwise.

Ignore my gamertag. It's actually Dragonzzilla.

All Spartan-III's dogpile on Chief.

From Cyro to Meta

So basically master Chief vs. Noble 6? lol jk. Anyways, i would have to say Spartan IIs would win.

Between Six and John, it'd be a draw. Both are hyper lethal and lone wolves.

Master Chief isn't a lone wolf.
And both are hyper lethal- against Covenant and insurrectionists. Not other Spartans.

Spartan II takes the win. Stronger, more battles-oriented, faster, more experience from battle, fast reaction/response, larger and more swift and deadly, did I mention faster? 65-kilos (about 20-25mph), takes more to take down a S-II than it does any S-III.

Chief and Kelly would literally die if they were against Noble Six on 1v1. Maybe Will or Fred could take a good fight against Six.

If a III is given Mark V, a II gets Mark VI.

It's a simple question of armour.

Well, of course, but then give a Spartan-III Mark V who's fully grown and give a Spartan-II Mark IV and it's obvious the Spartan-II wouldn't stand a chance.

In fact, Spartan-III's received Mark V a year earlier than the S-II's, and they (S-IIIs) have more experience with the newer armor.

This. If the teams are of even numbers Spartan II's would destroy the S-IIIs.

Where is your proof. Noble 6 is a very good soldier but is dead and can't do very much meanwhile Chief is still alive but somewhere very remote so I would say that Chief would win due to the fact Chief is alive and N6 is not.

Uh, what? You have absolutely no proof that a III would be able to hold his own against a II. And you honestly believe that a Spartan II with Mark VI couldn't take a III in Mark V? Are you honestly that hardheaded?

In fact, Spartan-III's received Mark V a year earlier than the S-II's, and they (S-IIIs) have more experience with the newer armor.

The date they were issued has nothing to do with skill.

A Spartan-II with Mark VI over a Spartan-III with only Mark V puts the Spartan-III in a disadvantage situation, obviously.

does this rag smell like chloroform to you?

Spamalot !Do you like to spam? If so CLICK HERE NOW!!!!!!

S-III's have almost no armor, it's made light so move easy in.

Proof:
Case: "Dante": One plasma bolt to the side killed him due to the weakness of armor.

Case: "Kelly": When she first arrived on Onyx she was attacked by S-III's she open handed stuck an S-III (I wanna say Olivia) and dented the armor. This strike was meant to be non-lethal.

Case: "Ghost of Onyx": Kurt even straight out says that stealth was their only defense.
Sub-case: When Camp Currahee was under attack, Kurt get's to his old S-II armor, saying he SHOULD take it because it is superior in every way.
