Halo 2 had more like 3000-4000 a day and 500 at once right before the shutdown was announced. That's less people then h3 has now (20000). And Halo PC has 5000 people at once over Custom Edition, PC, and Trial. Not a day, but at once.
Halo 2 was on a dead system, where not everyone had live. Matches were getting harder and harder to find. And on the 360, people had arcade models, which couldn't run h2, but could run H3/ODST/Reach.
Oh, and Black Ops 360 had 5 million on at release and still has 500000 people on at any given time. Black Ops right now > Halo 2 in 2004. And don't try to use goggles to distort the numbers.
no i won't distort your trolling numbers for i know their fake being that i actually played Halo2 a crap load and checked Bnet alot and yeah it is more like 14000 Before the shutdownlike i said before dumb one. People in 2004 didn't have multi system Halo2 back then and for sale to sale Halo2 actually beats black ops. Release for Halo2 was almost 4 million for a one system game compared to the multi systme game of Black ops which had 5 million.
Numbers speack for themselves and before you spout off more random troll crap go learn somthing and them have a decent coversation with us
