But HALO 2 PC was a fairly competent port.

That was a pretty good joke. Tell us another one.

Halo 2 PC is an amazing port.

halo 2 still the best game in the series. long live halo 2.

Dam, I miss the old days playing halo 2 with my old brothers in arms. Thank you my old friends for giving me this account, I shall continue our legacy.

I haven't had much problems with halo 2, other then some frame rate issues. Overall I think halo 2 vista is a decent port, and its the only option for halo 2 fans like myself to play online other then through xlink kai or xbox connect for the xbox version. Sure it has its flaws, and they could have upgraded the game a bit with new features but its still a good game.

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

Thus showing some people have low standards. I guarantee most of those people would never pick up a copy of TF2.

I didn't say it was a *good* port, but it played well enough and supported a wide range of resolutions properly and had some minor work done on improving textures.

Of course, they did screw the pooch with multiplayer access and modding. Which never bothered me that much, but if that's why you enjoy HALO then I can understand if you feel it's terrible.

My standards are actually pretty high. The reason I got H2V is because the xbox version no longer has a multiplayer aspect. I WOULD have gotten the xbox version if Mutltiplayer had not been taken out (DARN YOU MS!). And I also have TF2.

I also have TF2. Yay!

I find it surprising that the PC community for Halo 2 PC is still going after the XBox version - especially given how much distaste for the PC game there is.

I guess company hosted servers are always going to fold before the community wants, regardless of how good or popular a game is.

:3 I will die. :[

H2V is just basically Xlink Kai or XBconnect.Cause people host servers in those programs. And one thing,NO LAG.Kinda like LAN on H3.I recommend you guys to just use Xlink Kai or XBConnect for a better experience instead of full-lag support.

50 in H2/H3? Great, but you still fail at this.

Oh look, it's you again.

You can still get all those items without paying. The in-game store just allows people to shell out money for them.

Think of it this way; While you're still unlocking those items the old fashioned way, those people that are buying those same items are paying the devs to add even more to the game. Win-win.
