The only things that I noticed that I didn't see fixed where the sequential hills for KotH and the "Bulltrue Betrayal" in Infection.
You know what the sequential hill issue is, so yeah.
The "Bulltrue Betrayal" occurs often when a player kills a zombie a split second after they die (it may seem that the two deaths happen instantaneously, but, by looking in the theater, one can see the lapse between them), much like the instances of a double headshot, but because they, upon death, switch teams, and this precedes the death of the other player, the zombie, it counts as a betrayal.
I've seen people get booted for this. Fixing the betrayal system (which you did, kudos) should do some good for not getting booted, but if it happens twice, they're pretty much at the mercy of the guy who infected them. Even that doesn't account for the fact that the player should receive a kill and a Bulltrue, which they don't.
You've probably already taken notice of that, I just thought I'd get this bit pointed out.
