OK, I'm a star wars junkie, but personally i say. Supercarrier

(I know everyone says "star Wars is just random numbers" but think of it, 20,000+ years of development could make those numbers, and the shields cancel out the effect for being powerful too)

Now I know it doesn't specify numbers, but if the Supercarrier is beleived to be ~27Km (dwarfing the Star Destroyer) It is probably very hard to manuever. It DOES carry armies, but only what is listed is space-capable.
Assuming the Supercarrier is not backed by a guard fleet, then it is basically a sitting duck, because even if it is fast, the length of it would negate that fact. The ISD can travel at a max ~2,300G max. It could easily maneuver around the Supercarrier. With the supercarrier's length of ~27Km, and assuming that plasma turrets, missile pods, and laser turrets are all 100M, that would put one about every 270M apart, which equals about 100 of each type.
The Star Destroyer has the advantage in speed, but not in amrmament, no matter how powerful they are. you simply cant beat the sheer number of turrets, missiles, and lasers. PLUS, it has at least 7 energy projectors (which i beleive are the things that destoyed the UNSC Grafton) so if the ISD got anywhere within range by accident, goodbye.
now, and entire ISD fleet is differnt, ut one-on-one is definatley Supercarrier > ISD
(If there were any canon/fact problems with this, please correct me as i am doing some very rough math to guess the supercarrier's exact armament)
