Eh, it got my hopes up.
That's twice now us non-US residents have missed out on something like this.
Can someone please explain why we are not allowed to enter? I cannot comprehend that there is any legal bindings which stop Microsoft or Bungie for that matter from compensating for fans who live outside the USA and have just as much reason to enter as any US citizen does.
Please, someone elaborate.
Other than that, good luck to anyone who enters, I guess. Make something nice, something I'll enjoy, something we can all enjoy. Don't blow your chances when so many of us are missing out on this.
Cheers

I've noticed this with other US based website competitions like Roosterteeth as well. My guess is that in case something goes wrong they would have the US law to protect them, however if the contestent lived in a different country then that law wouldn't apply. Well that's my guess anyway, but i'm fairly certain Bungie isn't restricting the competition because they don't like the rest of the world.
I'm sure it's not because Bungie don't want us to enter - I'd imagine they would love for more of us to enter.
But the fact I can't even enter for just the contest is just :( I don't mind not winning a console - just a chance to showcase my maps is what I want.
Surely there are no legal bindings on that?
I don't mind having to read through a page or two of legal limitations on why the competition is limited to the USA as long as they have sensible reasoning behind them.
