Ok this is just silly. People are asking intelligent questions, and not a single response? That's kind of disgusting. I know it's easy to look at the forums and dismiss the entire community as a bunch of whiny babies, but people are asking legitimate questions here. It would be great as your fans to have a response.
So here is a question that has been asked a few times already:
"As non-US residents, can we still submit a map that abides by the rules, purely for consideration into matchmaking?"
I don't see the issue really if we state in the contest entry that we are a non-US resident and not out to win the prize.
I know our backwards Canadian government takes issue with contests or lotteries, but to stifle the creativity of your fans in other parts of the world just because "it's too complicated legally," that's a poor defense.
We ain't that far away you know. And we know where you live. *ominous music* Don't disrespect us, do us the courtesy of an answer.
