Please take note: A fake edit is considered impersonating a Bungie employee and will get you blacklisted. Don't do it.

I guess kilroy should have been banned then :P

Nope. There's a technicality- Moderators, to my knowledge, aren't employees of Bungie.net. They don't get paid at all- it's volunteer work. But I'm sure that wouldn't actually stop a banning if someone really wanted to banz him. And I'm sure impersonating a mod is against the rules as well.*

EDIT: And Kilroy was blacklisted.

So doesn't that tell you something?

Please take a look at the rules:

Impersonating forum moderators and/or bungie employees is strictly prohibited. Do not break this rule. You will be banned. No warning will be issued.
VII Toast was nice to you for some reason and didn't blacklist you (I didn't see your original post, but you had said you did a fake edit with Impurity). We cannot have people doing that fake edit crap, because some people will not realize that it is not the moderator/employee making said comment (even though all you would have to do is reply to the poster and see that the [Edited by...] was typed in).

I think a mod would ban you no matter how tired/bored they were, or who you are, you break the rules you get banned, that's how it should be, i won't stand for these forums polluted with spam and other such things, in fact I may even be Pro-Spam filter!!!

Wow, now i feel like an old man yelling about politics

IMO, we shouldn't be able to re-edit a post after a moderator has. It is a strict rule in other forums.

We have other ways to "get the last word".

But typically the sheer awesomeness of our words is enough to have them stay as they are.

^ sure does recon , yet i dont remeber what i got blacklisted for from you anyways.

You guys should ask the disembodied soul what HFCS stands for...oh wait you can't! He's on vacation. Too bad, so sad.

Maybe you could get Achronos to add a feature for the moderators. This feature would simply be adding a color of white/orange to the "Edited by" letters. That way, you could tell if it was a member, moderator, or employee who edited the post.

The webmaster doesn't need HFCS or Cortana, he traded for some tequila.

i asked the emulator what does bungie mean and it said " you know the answer, look in the mirror":(

  • 10.25.2005 10:04 PM PDT

ok this went from what is HFCS
to some thing completely random which i lost track of.

HFCS is just another one of bungies silly little thigs to keep halo and halo 2 fans busy whilst waiting for halo 3.
even if HFCS is something its not really anything big!
Ill put it in perspective for you.

"Hey Bill" "Yea?" "Lets make a forum" "Ok" "Hey u no wat else we shuld do" "what?" "Make a forum moderators clan" "Yea good idea John".

And just from that they manage to confuse us all. thats how good bungie really are...*claps and bows*
