Eh no. Halo: Reach beta was not for the enjoyment of the players but to test connection and gameplay issues in order for them to be fixed before the release of the game.

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die.

What your asking doesn't make sense, sir.

There are different phases in a games development. Within those phases are two periods. The first period is the testing and development period. In this period there are four phases. The first being Pre-Alpha. The second being Alpha and the third being beta. The final phase of the first period is called Gamma-delta or "release candidate".

The second period is called the release period in which, there are only two phases. The first being "RTM" or release to manufacturing (aka release to marketing). The final phase of the release period is called "GA" or general availability.

So in summation, what your asking is to release a "concept" of a game that is already in a "GA" state.

No don't let the people without Reach play it, i think it should be included and playable online with Reach [of course it must be downloaded again]
