Don't abuse the power banning gives you. Kick/ban only for a reason, please...by all means, ban that TKer, but it ticks people off when they get banned for no apparent reason, and they usually end up running into this forum and starting up an annoying "OMG I LIEK GOT BANNZORZZD FROM DIS SERVER WTF???" thread.

Check the stickies up top. One should be "The Guides...READ ME FIRST" or something like that. In that thread, there should be a link to a website which shows you how to ban step-by-step.

*sigh*
It's BANNING!
And don't abuse the banning system, but this is how you do it:
1.Right-click your Halo PC icon and click properties.
2.At the end of your target ("C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe"), put a space and then -console. Copy and paste this if you like: (But Microsoft Games might appear as Bungie Games) "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe" -console
Now when your in your game and want to ban or kick somebody press the button right under the escape button. ( ~ or `)
3.Awesome, you have sucessfully enabled your console!
Now do sv_players in your console. There will be a list of player of player names and numbers next to the player name. Now let's pretend there is someone called 123 in your server. If you want to kick the player do sv_kick (His number) or sv_kick 123 Don't forget to do a space right after sv_kick!
Now if his name has spaces like 1 2 3, you do sv_kick "1 2 3" You must include quotation marks! This will not affect the ban or kick if you do it to a name without spaces! To ban someone do the exact same thing but do sv_ban The console is useful for many things especially in Halo:Custom Edtion, anyway I hope this works!

Sigh...I wish people would read posts more carefully. I said that you should ban the TKer who invades your game, but don't ban the random person for no reason but to test your new power to ban. Because they get pissed, and start making nonsense threads yelling about how such-and-such server bans unfairly. A feedback loop, you see?

It's a bit ironic that you're acting exactly like the person that I decried in my previous post. No offense meant, but don't insult someone like that, and don't use IM abbreviations. They sound horrible on a forum

This thread is doomed, meh...I thought I'd save it from it's doom by posting... So anyway is the thread starter going to post yet?
