Need air support?

Whenever I select a map, it says "File not found". Does anybody know how to fix this? Thanks.

The bungie.net community is the halo PC community that is renowned for being unbelieveably sucky.

You need to download the proper maps, then place them in your maps folder.

Thanks, but what do you mean "proper maps"? Does it matter that I'm doing it to the custom edition maps? Thanks.

Something smells fishy...

Yes, put your downloaded custom maps in the Halo: Custom Edition maps folder.

You should have the basic maps installed such as bloodgulch and hang 'em high. But if you want to play custom maps you have to download them.

Are you receiving the error when attempting to play multiplayer on a basic map? Or are you getting the error when attempting to play a custom map?

Also if you want to play on a server using a custom map you need to have the same map in your Halo: Custom Edition maps folder.

Are you sure we're talking about the same thing? When I open the program and choose "open map file" at the bottom, I get the message "Not a valid Halo map file"(sorry for changing what it said, I forgot and re-tried it just now)
