I know that the sniper now has recoil when you fire it, but does anyone know if the reticle moves around when you are in zoom. You know, sort of like SC:PT, where when you're zoomed in, it's not steady, you have to hold your breath. I think that would be great, and make the sniper much harder to use. Any one know of this, or does anyone think it's a good idea?

I think that would add a ton of realism wondering if your crouched or in a prone position it makes you more stable while zoomed in...but hes a soldier bred for war and combat and has tons of augmentations he can probably almost always stay still constantly

I doubt it because MC has neural interfaces to make me like a rock and not move around like that.

I know, but it was still seem more challenging. In halo, it was no challenge killing someone across the map with one-two shots. Or, maybe they should have the sniper like the computer version (where you have to aim a little bit ahead of your target, instead of directly at them, because of the delay reaction) (the amount of time it took for the bullet to get to the target) that would be good if their was no SC:PT version of sniping. lol

Instead of only the reticle moving up while looking through the scope, I bet the whole screen moves up.

that's not challenging. Hell, I can snipe people in SC:PT mp with ease, and that is with all of the things I've mentioned! It's gonna be cake like how it is still.

Because of the recoil you are not going to get to shots off quickly. The recoil increases the amount of time you have to wait in between shots. You are always going to have to go for one shot kills now. And personally I doubt the reticle moves, just delays your next shot.

As for the delay reaction there is not that much time. The sabot round in Halo travels at mach 9. On our relatively small maps its almost instananeous.
