i know some posts get locked form various reasons but can mods delete a post? cus lots of times i bookmark a link to a post, then 10 mints latter i try to go back and it says "post not found"

The moderaters can delete threads, that is why they don't show up if you bookmarked them.

Ive had the problem of posts disappearing and then appering like 5mins later. Specially in groups

Only the paranoid will survive!

Probably a cache error, and I say that because that's the only kind of error I know. Try doing a Ctrl+Refresh. That will basically load the page from scratch and not use the cache at all. From what I understand, which is not a lot :P

It's really frustrating when a mod deletes a thread. If it's locked that can be an example of what not to do. Hell, you guys are able to edit the thread title too so if it's inappropriate edit it.

I think Mods only delete posts that are really, really, bad.
