if you belive that your a plain moron if you get 30 kills in a ts game and you die the most out of anyone in the game your not the mvp of that game your the worst player of that game.
if your giveing the other team allot of kills your not helping the team not matter how many kills you get.
What do you think?

I hate it when people do things like stick grenades on you for the entire game, win, and gloat about their mad skillz. I don't think getting the most deaths make you the worst player, because all my friends snipe with pistols, but I prefer to take it to them with a shotgun and naturally I die alot.

You are correct.

Kill/death ratio is more important than anything else. I personally always try to have a 4 to 1 kill to death ration...so if i get 80 kills i have no more than 20 deaths. If you have 450 kills and 500 deaths, you didnt help your team

ok you like to use the shotgun thats fine but hide more dont always charge out into battle or learn how not to get killed so much. one of my friends uses the shotgun alot but once i explained this to him and ajusted to not dieing so much. he still gets same amount of kills just a litle slower

Two ways to look at it:

One - The point of the game is to get points; provided your team wins, the player who scored the most points on that team should be considered most valuable to the game. In the case of the losing team, the player with the least deaths should be considered MVP for that team.

Two - (this is the way nobody likes to look at it) Take out a calculator if necessary and divide eveyone's kills and assists by their deaths to establish a ratio for each player. Highest ratio gets MVP. Some people like to count an assist just as much as a kill, some only count it as half. Either way, there's math involved, something some people at a party just can't stand.

Secret Third Way - The guy who makes the jumping-off-a-cliff-while-turning-and-looking-straight-down-u nzoomed-sniper-rifle-headshot-from-across-sidewinder-to-get-a -killtacular kill is automatically the winner!

They would be the mvp of the wining team but what if the guy who scores the most has a ratio of 1 to 1 then he didnt really help the team
