I have Haloded 1.07, but I can't see the server i've got running, but everyone else can (well, on 1.02 they did. dunno about 1.07 yet). But, eh, I can't see my own server. help?

i'm running the server on the same comp i'm playing halo, since my other computer is a 98 and isn't compatible with ethernet to the best of my knowledge.

You might have to change your port settings. Make sure whatever you change them to that the new settings are not blocked by your firewall.
Thats about all the help I can give ya.

Good luck.

also, all of my programs have complete access to the net.

As far as I know, there's some sort of conflict if you want to play on the same compy you run the server on. Hopefully another more knowledgeable member will help.

Oh, and if you're looking for the creators *coughbungiecough* of the game, you're gonna have a tough time in front of you...they're not to be found. At all.

1) Don't bump your post.

2) The idea of the dedicated server is that you can't play the game that you are hosting on it if you are the host. If it bothers you then host from in-game.

3) If you want people to help you then you could try being a little more polite.
