Well I was looking @ the new XBOX.com website and was impressed. I am playing Halo Combat Evolved's campaign in wait for the XBOX 360, and while I was on the site, I thought "Hey, I'll look up Halo CE, and see what is said about it on this site." Well I went to the Halo webpage and found this:

http://www.xbox.com/en-US/games/h/halo/

If you look on the left side and half way down the screen, you will see the options it has

Green:Players 1-4, System Link 2-4, etc.

Well, it also has LIVE options (orange)

and since they are now including XBOX 360 options, I couldn't help but notice that it says that Halo Combat Evolved is:

Voice enabled

and

can get Content from Marketplace.

HMMMM!!!?!??!?!

This means absolutely nothing like what you are thinking. Every single game which is playable on the Xbox 360 [which includes some Xbox games as you know (Halo: Combat Evolved)] is able to do a few things that do not involve the game itself being Xbox Live capable.

When you play Halo: CE on the 360, you will be able to pause the game and send/receive voice messages to/from your friends, and you will be able to download Halo-related stuff onto your harddrive. Halo: CE will still not be Xbox Live compatible, (it will not even be used, it will be paused,) and your Xbox 360 (which is Xbox Live enabled) will be doing all the work.

This has nothing to do with Halo: CE getting an upgrade, it has to do with Xbox 360's ability to multitask, even midgame.

They took it down because people were misinterpeting it.
