How do you OC? I know it's bad, but where do you select the option for it?

there is no option for overclocking...

I'll give you the gist of how it works

to overclock your processor: (this is all done in the BIOS, press delete when you boot your PC)
*note*- Please keep a good eye on the temperature of your processor, you can;t screw up overclocking unless you fry your CPU, and if you keep a good eye on your temp, then you'll be fine :)
you must raise your FSB, or the HTT if you have an AMD 64. your clock speeds are determined by the FSB and the mulitplier. so an AMD 64 +3000 has an FSB of 200 and a multi of 9. 200x9=1800 mhz

you start by raising your FSB by 5 mhz increments. If it boots to windows, then that's a good start, now what you want to do is test it's stability by running a memmory stressing program, like prime95, run it for at least an hour or so...if it doesnt have any errors, then you move up another 5 mhz

so you keep doing this until, windows doesn't boot past the POST screen, then that's when you turn to
-your Vdimm voltage
-vcore voltage
-your ram timings
-you HTT multiplier(only for AMD 64)
example: lets say your at 215 and your stable, you go to 220..and you can't get into windows log in, heres what you can do

-loosen your ram timings, lets say your at 2-3-3-6...try going to 2.5-3-3-6, then 2.5-3-3-7 and so on, until you can boot
-you can raise your Dram voltage by +.1 and see how it goes
-you can also raise your vcore voltage, or your cpu voltage to the next step, which is usually increments of .025

if you get this down, then go and test your ram again, if stable, then that's awsome,

keep doing these things, until you have reached the temperature threshold.....then you can get better cooling

but then it could be that your ram and your motherboard are permitting you from going any farther...

keep a good eye on temperatures...and good luck :)
