A while back a "writer" on The Walking Dead posted a bunch of info on /b/. ALL OF IT was true. EVERY SINGLE DETAIL DOWN TO CAMERA ANGLES. Thus we can guess that the guy was legit. Here are some of the other things the guy posted
- Daryl will never die. The writers love the actor and the character so much that it wont happen
- The writers hate the actress chosen to play Lori and want to kill her and her baby off ASAP
- Next season will be on the move as apposed to staying in one area (the farm)
- The budget cuts hit the show HARD. There was so much planned this season that had to be scrapped in order to pay for Mad Men
- Michonne WILL appear next season. this is the actress a bunch of the writers want to play the character, but the role hasn't been cast yet
- Many of the actors had their pay SEVERELY cut this year, but don't expect anyone to die because they want more pay. POSSIBLE SPOILERS:
Seriously, don't scroll down if don't want some things ruined for you.
You've been warned...
Those same spoilers from /b/ have made their way to TWD's discussion board on IMDB. The synopses are always 100% spot on. That being said, the most recent one said that we'll be seeing Michonne in the season finale, sort of.
Apparently the role hasn't been cast yet, and it's just someone standing in as a placeholder until they find someone to play her next season. That being said, I imagine they wont be showing her face or anything.
Also according to the recent spoilers, the season ends on somewhat of a cliffhanger with the group discovering the prison in the final moments of the show. I remember reading somewhere a couple of weeks ago that they had recently signed on someone to play the Governor, so yeah, it looks like we're definitely getting the prison/Woodbury story arcs.
With that being said, in the comics, they stay at the prison longer than any other location in the series. Hell, they just spent an entire season at Hershel's farm. Sure, it could be the writers learning from their mistakes, but it's a shame to hear they might be doing it at the expense of what, in my opinion, is the strongest story arc in The Walking Dead.
As a side note, with both the actors that played Dale and Shane gone, perhaps there's money left over in the budget so they can introduce Tyrese, as it's well past the point where he's introduced in the comics. Think about it: lose Shane and Dale, gain Michonne and Tyrese. Obviously it's not as simple as that, but hey, I can dream!
