When ever I play halo, the graphics seem to screw up for some reason. On Blood Gulch it ends up looking like this: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v58/cddude229/halo.jpg I've been playing for a couple monthes, and I've never had this happen before. Only thing I've done recently to affect my graphics card is to update to latest driver, so any ideas what might be causing it?

Well, I don't know much about Halo PC, but I do know that you severely need an actual video card. I'm suprised Halo even runs.

Yeah I'm surprised it even runs on your computer too. I think you might need a better video card like MX Graphics, GeForce 4, NVIDIA that's what i got, and it works fine.

I'd advise a new card too, but that may or may not be the problem. Simply I'd get a new card since your current one is not too pretty. If you decided to get a new one, not a GeForce 4 MX. With that 64mb card, your textures will look pretty bad. I'd go with a Radeon 9600 xt 128 (pretty cheap) or something in that league. Did you try reinstalling halo yet?

IMO, the most logical solution (short of buying a new card) would be to roll back to the previous driver, if that was the only thing you changed between then and now. If you go back to the older driver version and that fixes the problem, that pretty well isolates your issue.

This may be so but think of all the work that is put into it. So go a little easier on the people

HuntTheGrunt,

"This" is a little vague in your sentence.

Also, who are you talking to?

mines integrated and my computer is a little over a year old, hence, i dont want to get a new one and i cant easily get a better card seeing as my only availible AGP slot is taken. i'll try backing up to last driver and see if that helps, and yes i've uninstalled and reinstalled.
