Your art is amazing Zoe. So much so that I went to kinkos with a disk and had them print a 45x17" (basically printing actual size of the wide version) poster of this for my wall. It's uber-sweet, can't wait to see your other work.
Loving the blurring effect, makes the MC look powerful and focused among the chaos of war. It looks photorealistic, like it was taken with a camera on a slow shutter speed (i.e. closer objects are blurred more, objects in the distance blur less...NoFear23, the blur Zoe used was a motion blur, intended to imply speed and movement vs. a blur caused from focusing on a close object with a camera lens you are implying).
Again, truely great work. I don't expect her to answer but I was just wondering what she used to render the scene. I would think 3dsMax, but possibly Maya. Just curious.
