Water is NOT a proper burn treatment.

That may well be, but it sure as hell numbs the pain.

If it does blister, just say that a scorpion got you in Mexico. Not only does it sound cool and believable, but it also sounds like there was nothing you could have done to prevent it.

I once, or twice, or three times, burned myself. The first time I backed into a car exhaust, and it burned my leg. Then, I backed into an electric heater, and both of my wrists got swollen. The only thing I could do was just let it do whatever. I do not know what to do.
BTW the word "b u r n" looks like "b u m". If you look at it that way, it's hilarious, although it really isn't.

Amputation is the only solution.

I had to do the same with the cut on my head.

Sheesh.

Water is NOT a proper burn treatment.

Get yourself some Aloe Vera. Apply it to the burn (gently). Do this whenever the burn starts to bother you. Not only will the aloe vera sooth the burn, but it'll speed the healing process and it should help you avoid blistering.

Wrong type of burn. If it was a solar radiation (ultra violet) burn yes aloe vera would work. But not for a contact burn/scalds. It will only irritate the skin. So yes, WATER IS a treatment in this case. In fact, the only thing you should put on it it is anti-basterical ointment because it is a contact burn.

On another note, I suggest taking First aid classes, they work wonders sometimes.

I dunno. I like focused7's idea.

Just burn the rest of your arm. Then no one will notice the wrist itself.

Or skip school for a week. Whatever.

No, you need to get Lava brand soap, and rub it into the burn really, really hard, with a wire brush. I've now added my bit to the prolonged joke.

I think the only solution is to stop worrying about it, because theres nothing you can do about it.

And don't throw scalding hot spaghetti sauce on yourself next time.

Hehe..she 'missed'...*snickers*

Being in the desert, I know the right plant to look for that makes Aloe Vera. :D When you break it off you get a nice juicy, green inside that when placed on a burn or cut helps tremendously to sooth/heal it.

I feel like some type of nature expert.

Me: "OMFG, Dude... wtf!"
AbolitionofMan: "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to betray you."
Me: "That's the 4th time in this game alone!"
Chris: "Third, besides he had the flag I was trying to stop him, how was I supposed to know you were there."
Me: "I said, 'I got the Flag, don't shoot.'"
Chris: "Well those Wraith shots take a while to reach you."
Me: "You were right next to me, I had killed him and a minute passed before you decided to shoot."
Chris: "Hahahahaha, yeah... that was great."

No, the adhesiveness makes them worse. Duct tape works on warts.
