I don't know if this topic already exists and if it does I apologise, and if it is just too stupid even for 'The Flood', I apologise again. If you feel you're up to it take a screen grab of your desktop, dump it in Paint, save as a jpg and post a link to it. I believe you can tell a lot about a person by what's on their desktop...well maybe not a lot...but something...maybe...

Anyway, to get the ball rolling here are two versions of my desktop:

Before
After

I doubt anyone else will bother though, I know I wouldn't...

How could you live with that? Mine always has to be perfectly ordered and tidy.

The files are sectioned off by project. I can map it out if you really care to see, but I doubt it.

You're right, I wouldn't. Let's just leave it at that.

Print Screen is a key on your keyboard, look at the left arrow and keep going up, it's above insert.

You just press 'Print Screen', open up Paint and paste. When you press Print Screen nothing appears to happen, but it has (or should have).

Heheh, nice. Just use ImageShack instead. It's instantaneous and you don't even have to register.

If you have SP2 you have the wrong service pack. The only one release thus far has been the networking administrators version.

You know the one that says 'If you are using XP home or Pro and not using it for network purposes, DO NOT INSTALL' ;)

I think you're a little confused, or thinking of the beta. The version of SP2 that was just released is the same one that will soon be provided via automatic updates to all XP users.

SP2 is a VAST improvement on the -blam!- security features of the old XP.
