Yeah, 3 guys with DMRs can be equal to hell for a guy with nothing but an AR. This should change. You should be able to take down one of them! And survive if you're lucky and skilled enough.

Yes I make Minecraft texture packs.

i agree with the increased damage but don't increase magazine size, the increased damage would make the weapon more skillful. Increased magazine size would reward the spray and pray style player.

Once again, this weapon should (not only for multiplayer, but also for campaign/firefight) be as strong as the AR in Halo 3. At least! In Halo 3 it was comparatively strong, but it looked like a piece of toy. In Halo: Reach, the gun looks like a d*mn war factory while it has the damage of an airsoft gun.

It's just frustrating to have to empty an entire clip on a grunt. A grunt I tell ya! And against an elite, it's got next to no effect. Remember Halo CE? You could kill one elite with one clip. And since there ain't really any weapon balance issues in the singleplayer, I think that it should against AI even be stronger than against hostile players.

I agree 100%, I think it should have a 48 round mag and a 16 round kill, So you can kill three enemy's with one mag just like the DMR and Needle Rifle.

Absotively Posilutely. The assault rifle used to be the primary weapon in Halo.. with a field dominated by headshot weapons, it is not a reliable alternative anymore.

Also Melee fix = 75% Melee damage. No more double beatdown, giving ample time to escape and fire back rather then ending in a neutral. (Both players killing each other).

For that to work it should have a slower rate of fire, and faster bloom rate.

I'd be happy with just the damage upgrade :)

I was messing around with 110% Weapon Damage, and I found the AR, Spiker, and Plasma Rifle kill in 15 shots, the Plasma Repeater kills in 16, the Plasma Pistol kills in 9, and the Needle Rifle kills in 6. I think every gametype should have 110% damage increase, it doesn't affect any other weapons.

Winning or losing doesn't really matter much to me. I play for fun, and nothing you can say will change that. Sure, I have a low K/D, sure, I have a low rank in Halo 3, but I really don't care. It's not like it actually means anything. It's a number. And for the record, opinion and fact are two completely different things.

I'd leave it as-is if it were a 60-round mag.

AR/Magnum starts are the usual, but Pro and Slayer DMRs should have DMR starts, no?
