Even when the retical is red, most of the times i dont get kills in 1 clip. I completely agree that it is also the source of the double beatdown problems since it takes to so long to just knock of there sheild it's better to melee.

The 343 forums suck. They're full of retarded kids and mods who got butthurt in the B.net forums for being told that they're bad.

I have no idea what you guys are talking about...my AR is pro and I love how it is right now. Making it stronger would reduce people exchanging it for other weapons, even the pistol.

Ferrex Should Win The Internet.

I voted to increase mag size and damage. Simply because it's a starting weapon, there arent too many things to pick up on most maps, so you use it a lot. It deserves a fighting chance.

I'm completely certain that double beatdowns are worse than AR rushing.

With this change, we wouldn't have either of those!

I'm completely certain that double beatdowns are worse than AR rushing.

With this change, we wouldn't have either of those!


We'd probably still have them, but less. Unless we give the AR even more power, but then it would be able to compete with a DMR at mid-long range, and i don't see many people supporting that.

Magnum is a sidearm, it shold not be able to beat an Assault Rifle user, only for quickdraw when you need to reload or headshot. The DMR is the long range kind of weapon so it shold NOT beat the Assault rifle at close-mid range, and at mid range both of them should be of equal strength.

Ughh... did you play halo 3? It became the primary starter most of the time, and it wasn't it power as much as its range, which messed the flow of most maps.

Along with a buff, the reticle should have two circles. Keep the main one and add a smaller circle. It would be helpful in controlling your shots. As it is now, knowing how effective controlled busts are impossible to determine.

2 shot burst firing is the standard, most effective burst fire.

Other than that, it depends on range. That's why it's difficult to master. Learning the correct bursts.

Just like learning the best RoF for the DMR (pacing if you will).
