There's something very special about ODST that I like over Reach. I'm not sure what it is, but I just genuinely enjoy the game a lot more. The only thing Reach has over it for me are graphics and weapon designs.

It's different, and in a way, nostalgic.
I think what alot of it is is the memories that people created. In your case I wouldn't say it as much, yet many people say-"This game doesn't have the classic feel of Halo and isn't fun." Mainly this is because of the memories they had, the times with friends, or the awe they had whether it was their first Halo game. ODST is nostalgic to me because of how it was my First Halo game, and how Halo 3 in return, my first online shooter. I agree it doesn't have that "feel" to it, yet in time I think it will.

I like shorts. They're comfy and easy to wear.

My favourite level was that mission where you have to protect the ONI Building by defending it from the bridge to the inside of the building, that was epic =)

I think the bridge would have made a good Firefight map.

I love ODST for a variety of reasons which are quite simple.

I didn't know about ODST until a week before its release. I had been a Halo fan (albeit to a lesser extent) up until that point, and I had just started playing H3 online. Curious, I searched on it and began studying up on the B.net articles. Eventually I watched the entire Campaign on youtube and bought it the following week.

I just fell in love with it. It was so different and unique, and I was excited to play through the Campaign. I loved the story and the music, and the gameplay was much more interesting than Halo 3 was. Part of it is indeed the memories, because that first 5 hour long Firefight match I did with my brother was so much fun. I was so excited for Firefight because I'd wanted it in Halo since 2005.

ODST has its own issues just like the rest of the games. Most of the issues with it though is the fact that it didn't have enough content. Reach has plenty of content, but there are so many contradictions and objects that still need tweaking and refining. It just feels unfinished. With ODST, the only dissatisfaction I had was the desire to have more. I wanted more FF maps, more customization, and more ways to explore the Mombassa HUB.

Can't be too careful with your company. I can feel the devil walking next to me.

ODST definitely feels like a Halo game. I just wish it had been fleshed out a bit more. I've covered all of the Mombasa Streets, but I want more. I want to get lost in the city, but I can't quite do that. It also needed to be more vertical of a city.

I wish there was a Warthog in the city streets. That'd make things interesting.

I love dabbling about there for hours.

To reply to your question though, NMPD HQ was my favorite lvel. I love replaying it on legendary with a bunch of skulls on. Reach on legendary feels too slow and boring, mostly because everything is so beefed up, It crap when I have to shoot 13-14 bullets into an elite to kill it; after every skirmish I need to find a new weapon! ODST you get enough ammo that I can take down everything. And the kill times are so fast against brutes! Mostly because of the lack of bloom and the fact that it takes about half a clip of carbine ammo to pop a brutes shields.
You know what, I can honestly say ODST>Reach.

I'm the cult of personality,
I call it like i see it, if i feel the need to be blunt and to the point, then i will, if i feel the need to be very detailed, i will, im here to stay and im here to do things my way, if you respect that or not is your choice, not mine,
and don't worry, while i don't agree with everyone's opinion, i do respect everyone's opinion.

i love all of the levels in my opinion the campaign is the best in the series

if i had to pick one i like the most its Mombasa streets

ONI Alpha Base because it shows the truth, that Humans are losing the war not an unstoppable force as the seem to have become since Halo 2 onwards.

I always offer fair game and usually allow some "extermination" of my teammates. I think that anyone should be able to play Halo or any other game they please.

I prefer NMPD because of the final battle there. I think the reason many people like this game better is because it goes behind the scenes to a group of elite marines.

Mombasa Streets, by far. I'd even go as far to say it's my favorite level. It's an open world city with tons of enemies and weapon caches. Lots of corners to explore, and with no real objective other than to take in all of the great atmosphere and music. That's one thing I wish Reach would've had, a separate open world level, similar to Mombasa Streets. Maybe DLC for the future? I'd like to think so.

pro ably this although I do like that ONI mission.

Life. It sucks. Case closed bro.

Either Mombassa Streets or Data Hive.

The distance between insanity and genius is measured only by success.

The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts, while the stupid ones are full of confidence.
